As the Supervising and Compliance Broker for Keller Williams, Manassas Office, Barbara Costa supervises the Manassas, Front Royal and Gainesville/Haymarket Business Center offices of handpicked Real Estate Professionals representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in the Tri-State area.

In 2002 she entered the Real Estate world, quickly building a team in Arizona and obtaining a Broker's license in 2005. After moving to Virginia in 2008, she once again put her learning cap on and became an expert in the Short Sale and Foreclosure markets. "This was a rough time for all, especially those clients who had lost their homes. It broke my heart to see families, jobless and homeless and I made it my goal to help them find a place where they could rebuild their lives."
In 2012 she became the Principal Broker for a struggling brokerage, where she brought it from 2 agents to 16 Realtors in a matter of months. She developed a business plan, training materials, forms, office policies and moved it to a larger office space. She never stops learning, obtaining Brokers licenses in Maryland, Virginia, D.C. , West Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Delaware and Florida. Not satisfied with not having ownership control, Barb decided to open her own brokerage.

Barbara soon realized that the new trend in Real Estate is for the Tech Enabled Agent, and found that Keller Williams Realty was making that a reality for agents nationally and internationally. The decision to merge with Keller Williams was made, and all of the new technology offered by Keller Williams was embraced.
